Refund Policy

Your first five sales receipts are free. No card details are needed, so you can see exactly how Receipts Book works before spending anything.

If Receipts Book is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund that payment. This applies to both the monthly plan ($4.99 CAD) and the annual plan ($49 CAD).

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email us at hello@receiptsbook.app and we will help you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund — use the 30-day guarantee above if you would like your payment back.

Refunding or cancelling never deletes receipts you have already saved. You can still view, print, and download them, and we recommend downloading copies for your own records.
