Can I use Receipts Book for tax record-keeping?

Receipts Book keeps sales receipts numbered, read-only, and searchable. Voided receipts keep their number and reason. Record-keeping rules vary by country and business, so confirm your local requirements with your tax authority or accountant.

Can I print a receipt in the field?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Save the receipt, then open Print from its finished receipt page. It uses your phone or tablet's normal print dialog, so it works with compatible AirPrint, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi printers. No printer nearby? Share or download the PDF instead.

What happens at the end of the year?

Your book resets to 0001 on the annual start date you choose in Settings. The previous book stays exactly as it was, searchable and printable.

What does a subscription cover?

Unlimited receipts, print, PDF download, email delivery to your customer with a copy to yourself, and seven years of history. Pay $4.99 CAD a month or $49 CAD a year. No per-receipt fees.

No. Your first five receipts are free and they are real receipts — numbered, printable, and kept in your book when you upgrade.
